· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
· Skill in in conceptualization and development of interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.
· Over 7 years of experience in the interior design field (preferably experience in interior design for hospitality,villas, etc.)
· Experienced in leading/managing project teams (Team Leader)
· Strong leadership skills, project timeline management abilities, and a high sense of responsibility
· Proficient in English
4. INTERIOR DESIGNER
· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
· Over 3 years of experience in the interior design field

Architect
Work location: Hanoi Head-office and HCM office. Number of vacancy: 02
I. Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Manage and operate of the assigned projects; lead projects from strategic/conceptual design through to detailed documentation and oversee
implementation; manage design process and control the design schedule, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success.
- Lead/coordinate with members in the team to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects to ensure design and documentation are
in accordance with project expectations
- Prepare/perform drawings and design documents/ technical tasks of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed
- Liaise and deal with the owner, suppliers, sub-contractors and other consultants to ensure the design intent is realized and meet overall project
objectives
- Participate in internal meetings and client presentations/meetings.
II. Job Requirements:
- University Degree or higher in Architecture or Urban Planning
- At least 5 - 10 years of related Architecture design experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketUp, Photoshop, Lumion.
- Have a strong desire to work in design from Concept stage to Construction stage.
In which, at least 3 years of working experience as Chief of Concept architectural design, Chief of Technical design for projects.
- Have experiece in management and implements using BIM model for project.

Master Planning
Interior Designer
Work location: Hanoi Head-office and HCM office. Number of vacancy: 01
I. Responsibilities/ Tasks:
- Manage the Interior Architectural Design process from concept phase to construction documents
- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior project.
- Managing project schedule and personnel requirements
- Liaise with the owner and consultants and sub-contractors, work with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall
project objectives
- Direct/cooperate to the project team members to develop design ideas/design solutions for assigned projects
- Attend client and internal meetings
II. Job Requirements:
- University Degree or higher in Interior Design
- At least 5 - 10 years of related Interior design experience. In which at least 3 years of working experience as Chief Interior design from

Landscape Design
Project Management / Administration
Key Responsibilities/Tasks
Ø Lead/coordinate with members in the team in conceptualization and development of architectural design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.
Ø Lead a Project Design Team and overall management of the team (as a Project Leader-Team Leader)
ü Manage and run/operate of the assigned projects from strategic/conceptual design through to detailed documentation and completion.
ü Manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
ü Manage personnel requirements, supervise the project team members to follow the design schedule and provide good design quality as required
ü Review project documents/drawings for quality assurance
Ø Produce/perform drawings and design documents of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed.
Ø Liaise and deal with the owners/clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, authorities and other consultants to ensure the design intent is realized and meet overall project objectives.
Ø Attend internal meetings and client presentations/meetings
o REQUIREMENTS
§ Bachelor's or higher degree in Architectural Design.
§ +8 years of experience in architectural design, specializing in hospitality projects or luxury residential
§ Experienced in leading projects and teams is preferable.
§ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit,etc.
§ Fluent in English
§ Strong leadership and management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
§ High sense of responsibility
§ Ability to meet tight project deadlines
o Documents to be submitted: CV (in English) and a Portfolio of previous project experience
o SALARY: negotiate/ based on experience and skills
