Cu Lao Tan Van Residence, Service and Tourist Area

Tan Van Island is designed to be one of the most complete and synchronizing smart residential areas in terms of architecture, technical infrastructure, and public facilities. We design them to meet the demands of living of people based on the modern standards and safety of environmental hygiene. The main idea of the project is to create a strong axis which integrates all functional and spatial components from that demands. It means the "Town Mall" axis that they combine the main traffic axis and green space axis to make a complete framework in the whole Island. At both sides of Town Mall, mixed use of facilities and school are located as an anchors of the area, which encourage walker to enjoy the street. Adding these magnetic attractions on Town Mall itself, many of cafes and small shops which are located along the mall and its energetic activities make it more attractive for this walker friendly area.
